Job Opening: Production Division Manager (Feed)

Location: Inteqc Global Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand

Business Type: Animal Feed Manufacturing / Agribusiness / Livestock feed /Aquafeed

Reporting to: Vice President of Feed Operation

Job Description.

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the production facility, organization of personnel and the manufacture of required  Responsible for the achievement of agreed budget  Develop a site structure which enables the production and delivery of feed of consistently satisfactory quality and the requirements of health and safety and environmental legislation/policy to be met at minimum cost.
  • Develop a staff capable of meeting performance and safety standards and unplanned events.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure production objectives are met.
  • Work collectively with inventory to create and execute the weekly production schedule while coordinating with the receiving team to ensure all raw materials are manufacture ready according to plan.
  • Improve leadership, team building and empowerment skills of individual managers.
  • Continued compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Law and Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Produce and maintain reporting metrics to effectively evaluate and manage the department.
  • Develop and administer an operating budget consistent with departmental performance standards and company objectives.
  • Create a distribution strategy for the total portfolio and by segment in line with the company`s growth expectations.
  • Ensure an adequate maintenance program is devised and implemented.
  • Manage the distribution assets and team to ensure performance target and budgets are met.
  • Manage the site stock control and variances
  • Maintain HACCP systems to Company requirements
  • Coordinate with the QA Manager to ensure compliance with all food safety procedures and documentation.

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree - Doctor Degree in Engineering, or Material Science and Engineering or related flied.  Advanced technical degree.
  • At least 10 years in manufacturing environments or supply chain management role.
  • At least 10 years with accountability in middle management role
  • At least 10 Experience in  Feed production
  • At least 10 Production planning experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage

Remark: Work 6 days a week with flexible day off 2 Saturdays per month.
