Retail Channel Manager

Responsibilities:
· Predict the market and customer trends for retail channels.
- Develop a long-, mid- and short-term retail channel sales plan, translate it into specific actions and define KPIs to monitor the progress. The achievement of the retail channel targets has a direct and strong impact on the overall performance of the subsidiary
- Align the retail channel sales plan with all relevant stakeholders (retail / online channel director, marketing and product management director, etc.) driven by a company first mindset
- Lead the retail channels team (strategic and operative sales).
- New channel development in the assigned channels segment under the Retail business product portfolio
- Acquire new channel partners in addition to developing existing accounts through channel segmentation
- Ensure sales forecasts are submitted accurately and timely
- Monitor and feedback market information, trends and competitors activities regularly
- Participate and support in company-organized fairs, road shows, seminars and exhibitions
- Conscientiously and continuously build strong customer bonding and relationships
- Capable of performing product demonstrations as part of the sales process
Qualification:
· Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years sales experience (ideally within the modern trade channels)
· Must be a good team player
· Willingness to travel
· Proficient in English language
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Self-driven, hungry sales person with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
