Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain operations for Boots Retail Thailand across both offline and online channels. This includes planning, ordering, inventory management, replenishment, warehousing, and transportation, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full supply chain lifecycle for Boots Retail Thailand across both offline and online channels.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to support sales targets and maximize on-shelf availability while minimizing excess stock.
  • Oversee stock allocation, sales push planning, bulk orders, store replenishment, and rebalancing to ensure timely product availability at the right locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability for all SKUs, including new product development (NPD), RIRO, and promotional initiatives, while optimizing planograms and stock levels.
  • Lead the processes for product returns, recalls, and return-to-vendor/warehouse activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and supplier agreements.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain scorecards and performance metrics to track and drive operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, cost savings, stock optimization, and overall profitability.
  • Lead and manage supply chain-related projects and initiatives across the business.
  • Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for assigned product portfolios.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management or demand planning, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel; experience with MS Access and Power BI is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience in team development and performance management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
