  • Receive vessel booking requests from customers and coordinate with shipping lines to book vessel space and issue Booking Confirmations to customers.
  • Receive Booking Particulars from customers to prepare and issue B/Ls (Bill of Lading) and submit them to the shipping lines.
  • Coordinate and follow up on billing and payment collection from customers.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide related information, assistance, and advice to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in import/export operations within a Freight Forwarder company is an advantage.
  • Good command of English communication (both written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
