Job Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B market expansion by developing strategies and engaging target customers within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify opportunities, build relationships, and acquire new customers, offering product and service solutions aligned with each business type.
  • Collect and analyze customer insights to support product and service improvements and enhance competitiveness in the area.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by providing guidance and resolving product- or service-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden product penetration by recommending new items or relevant product categories.
  • Manage customer orders and coordinate delivery processes to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
  • Continuously search for new restaurants to grow the customer base in the territory.
  • Prepare daily visit reports, highlighting needs, challenges, and key takeaways from customer interactions.
  • Present field insights, trends, and key updates to management on a regular basis.
  • Plan and optimize customer visit schedules to ensure effective coverage and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
