Overview Roles:

The ERP Business Process & Support is responsible for managing, improving, and optimizing ERP-related business functions across departments. This role serves as a key bridge between business users and the ITM technical team, ensuring that ERP systems effectively support day-to-day operations, data accuracy, and compliance standards throughout sales, product development, production, supply chain, finance processes, aftersales services and strategic business goals.

The position oversees functional support, process optimization, training, data accuracy, and the coordination of business requirements for system enhancements, driving continuous improvement and successful system adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Management & Optimization

• Lead the review, documentation, and improvement of ERP-enabled business processes.
• Work with process owners to identify inefficiencies and implement ERP-driven solutions.
• Ensure business processes are standardized and aligned with corporate policies.

2. ERP Functional Support

·       Coordinate with the ITM and Product Development teams to facilitate product releases and ensure seamless data integration between the ERP and PLM systems.

• Provide first-line functional support and troubleshooting for ERP users.
• Coordinate with ITM and vendors for timely issue resolution, maintain user roles, permissions, and master data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain training materials and conduct user training sessions.

3. Change Management & System Enhancement Support

• Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements or configuration changes.
• Support change control procedures and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth user adoption through training, communication, and follow-up.

4. Reporting & Data Quality

• Develop and maintain standard reports and dashboards to support business monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy and perform periodic data audits.
• Collaborate and coordinate with teams to enhance data governance, improve reporting efficiency, and maintain data consistency across systems and departments.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology Systems, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or other related fields.
• ERP functional training or certification e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (Oracle NetSuite preferred).

Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in ERP solution design, ERP functional support, process improvement, data management or business operations.
• Experience with cross-functional business processes in automotive or manufacturing operations, with strong understanding of sales, CRM, financial & accounting, product development, procurement, production, inventory control and after-sales.
• Experience with ERP integration, scripting, or reporting tools is an advantage. (e.g., Siemens PLM Teamcenter, EDI, Power BI)
• Experience supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP users or similar ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, process mapping, end-to-end workflows and automotive business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable ERP improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable system or process improvements, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
• Good command in English
• Able to travel both domestic and international.
