Analyzes manufacturing business processes and system requirements in collaboration with business process owners and translates these into software requirements, either to be developed or modeled into the MES.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information TechnologyAt least 1-5 years work experience in a semiconductor manufacturing company as manufacturing systems developer or support.Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing processes preferably in the areas of production control, manufacturing execution systems (MES) and MES process flow buildingExcellent documentation skillsAbility to create complex SQL queriesSoftware development experience is a plusResponsibilities:Collect, understand and analyze business processes, data interfaces process flows and business rules and translate into software functional specifications.Engage clients and understand business requirements and transform into software requirementsModel business processes and flows and configures into the MES and validates configured data with end usersInvolvement in software development (design, coding and testing) when needed.Process engineering change noticesManage MES enhancements projects and MES system proliferation/roll-outsPresent MES projects to stakeholders and Change Action BoardsWhen needed, manage a large project (> 3 months) in terms of tasks, resources, schedule and risk mitigationEnsure that the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.
