Assistant VM Manager

Job Purpose:
To coordinate a visual merchandise team supporting the Team leader in the implementation of in store display strategy as set in the brand directives.
Ensure that all standards are followed and aligned with visual strategy and plans to achieve the organizations goals and objectives.
Role & Responsibilites:
Applying visual merchandise directives across stores and locations, ensuring that strategy is aligned, and standards are met.
Visual merchandise support for store locations with the creation and sharing of in store set up guidelines, monitoring and feedback.
Clear product zoning and optimum capacities plan by location.
Seasonal updates of all in store Key Visuals.
Support the Team leader in the creation, understanding, sharing and communicating of the seasonal roll out plan.
Support the implementation of new Window and in store display themes both global and local custom designs supporting the key marketing messages throughout the season, including creating of launch plans.
Collaborating with and supporting all internal and external business partners.
Provide support for all business promotional activities.
Support training and development programs to communicate all visual merchandise strategies and standards.
Coaching and developing staff at store locations on the visual merchandise message.
Creating monthly and seasonal reports.
Qualification
:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
3-5 years' direct experience in the visual merchandise field preferably within the fashion industry.
Experience in coordinating a team.
Experience in coordinating multiple brands with a large location network.
Problem solving and solution creating.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Strong in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related programs.
Good English language skills (spoken and written).
Portfolio submission is required.
Work location: Sirinrat Building, Rama 4 Road, Khlong Toei (BTS Prompt Pong / MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre)
