This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Customer Relationships at Banyan Tree Gallery, located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Requirement:
1. Responsible for selling ensuring that products are supplied to internal business units such as hotels, spas, and retail sales.
2. Supports the manager by providing assistance with sales and fulfillment timelines and addressing any issues related to new opening project accounts.
3. Assisting the manager in strategizing to meet sales targets and ensuring that sales activities align with the set budget.
4. Responsible for providing customer service to internal business units and addressing any issues that arise. This involves resolving complaints, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Working closely with the merchandising and purchasing teams to ensure that product information, including details on products and prices, is up-to-date at all times.
6. Coordinating with the purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
7. Responsible for handling administrative tasks related to internal customer accounts, including managing purchase request forms and other documentation.
Qualification Required :
We need person with 2-5 year experience of working with the supervision, and detailing skill if possible.
