Work Description
:
- Utilize the existing KB to Provide customer service through voice, online and email channels.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction given to the customers by providing accurate and timely response.
Requirements
:
- Diploma or above;
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, have customer experience mindset & excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Familiar with computer operating system and Office software.
- Fluent reading/writing/oral Thai, better to have English skills as well Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Can work onsite
