Requirement :
Qualification: Graduate.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Thai & English
Residency: Must be Thai Citizen or have Work Permit / Residency in Thailand.
Male or Female Candidate.
Experience: B2B Sales Background or Telecom Sales or Counter Sales of Retailers.
Work Experience: At least 5 Years.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Customer Handling & Sales Executive
to manage day-to-day sales operations at our kiosk in Bangkok. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, promoting products, closing sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and engage them proactively
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, QR payments, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of the kiosk
- Manage stock levels and report low inventory
- Follow company sales processes and customer service standards
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Work collaboratively with other staff and supervisors.
