Human Resource Executive – Learning and Engagement

Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
- Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees and managers.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other relevant resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs.
- Implement and deliver training sessions using various methods, such as workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to make necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements such as Department of Skill Development
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate employee events, such as town halls, social gatherings, and volunteer activities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee engagement strategies and best practices.
Onboarding:
- Coordinate with relevant departments for necessary onboarding activities, demonstrating our value of efficiency and effective cross-functional communication.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during the onboarding process
- Conduct orientations for new staff - corporate presentation, company values and code of ethics
- Follow up new staff onboarding survey, probation and rotation
- Reflecting our dedication to career growth, professional development, and rewarding employees based on merit and performance.
Training and Engagement Metrics:
- Track and analyze training and engagement metrics, such as training participation rates, feedback scores, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare reports and presentations on training and engagement initiatives, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated online training and employee engagement to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Learning Culture and Employee Development:
- Foster a learning culture within the organization by promoting continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to identify individual and team development needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Support career development initiatives, including mentoring programs, job rotations, and succession planning efforts.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in an HR or organizational development role.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Solid understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance management processes and tools.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of organizational and project management skills.
