BS/MS degree or a related field

At least 5 yrs of experience in human resources role or related field.

Good communication skills/Good English Language skills.

Healthcare/ Wellness/ Hospitality experience preferred.

Demonstrable experience in human resources management function

Leadership, clear communication and decision-making ability

Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

An active and fast with analytical, strategic thinking with energetic passion to success

Proactive working & growth mindset

Provide HR expertise in the areas of recruitment & selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, retention, HRIS, etc. within the organization by partnering with key managers and executives.

To develop and implement effective HR policies and practices to support the strategic growth of a business.

Establish and reinforce service culture values Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources programs relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes and the overall business plan.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports as necessary to carry out the functions of the department.

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.

Identify learning and development needs and framework to support The Aspen Tree business model.

Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them

Create organizational culture through communication strategies that align with company values

Implement and promote specific learning and development activities within the organisation aimed at achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.

Provide guidance and counsel to employees on personal development issues related to career planning and goal setting.

Implement and support training manager learning policies and procedures.

Plans and leads short- and long-term planning HR concern program.

Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources if needed.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
