Our Client is an International Manufacturing Group in the Aviation sector and a leading global player in Cargo and Equipment solutions. They have a well established factory here in Thailand and offices in Europe and the US. They are seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Salesperson to manage and grow business in the APAC Region. The position is based in Thailand but will require significant regional travel. You should have a solid track record in Sales in Aviation, Logistics or a related industry. You should be an excellent communicator in English and have a strong desire for success.

What will you do?

  • Grow the Turnover and Gross Margin in APAC
  • Be directly responsible for key accounts and high value prospects in the region
  • Create annual area sales budget (revenue and cost) and create monthly/quarterly area forecasts.
  • Perform commercial planning & priority setting in coordination with key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage area sales cost control.
  • Stimulate and support cross-divisional and cross-segment cooperation and initiatives
  • Act as sparring partner for VP Sales & Business Development in commercial strategy and target setting

What should you bring?

  • Solid experience and proven track record in Sales ideally in an international environment.
  • Ability to penetrate and grow new markets
  • Strong communication skills in English with other languages such as Japanese / Mandarin are a big plus
  • Wide interest and knowledge of global politics and events. Interest in people
  • Attention to detail and ability to make plans and stick to them
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit, Proactive, Reliability, team player, humor
