Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and expand the Data Center and Industry Services segment across the APAC region. This role is responsible for shaping and executing regional strategies aligned with global objectives, ensuring effective implementation across both regional and country teams. You will develop a high-performing and collaborative sales network, drive strategic alignment, share best practices, and oversee multi-country account management. The position requires strong leadership in customer engagement, pipeline quality, forecasting, and achievement of financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement segment strategies in alignment with global service priorities and regional business objectives.
  • Identify high-potential accounts and support local sales teams in converting opportunities into secured orders.
  • Promote best practices and digital service solutions throughout the APAC service organisation.
  • Lead or support negotiations and execution of major frame agreements with key data center operators and industrial clients.
  • Build an APAC-wide sales network that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent execution.
  • Coach and develop regional sales teams to enhance capabilities in data center and industrial service sales, as well as strategic account management.
  • Facilitate internal training initiatives to strengthen competence in digital lifecycle service offerings.
  • Contribute to cross-business unit service model development to support accelerated segment growth.
  • Work closely with global segment leaders and account management teams to define targets and develop growth strategies.
  • Ensure cohesive management of strategic multi-country accounts with aligned execution at country level.
  • Participate in joint customer visits, strategic reviews, and long-term relationship development with hyperscale, enterprise, and industrial clients.
  • Monitor pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall segment performance across the APAC region.
  • Drive the use of standardised sales tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and uphold the company's values related to health, safety, integrity, and responsible business conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or service leadership within the energy, industrial, or data center infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven success in negotiating complex service contracts and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and multi-country teams within a regional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
