Finance and Accounting Section Manager

1) Main Roles and Responsibilities

1.1 Assist to manage overall operations Finance, Accounting and Costing functions across all accounting standard functions including success such as AP, AR, Costing, GL, Taxation, Banking, monthly closing, etc. of an organization's Accounting and Financial department.

1.2 Oversee accounting operations to ensure that financial data is accurate and timely prepared in accordance with Group policies and procedures compliance with corporate policies and local tax regulations. 1.3 Delivering the financial and management reports to Management team, reporting directly to Department manager and Division. 1.4 Actively manage the Pigeon's Principles of Quality Management (PQM) and implement PQM on daily operation.

2) Items of tasks and responsibilities

2.1 Assist to Manage and oversee daily accounting activities in all accounting functions (AR, AP, GL, TAX, Fixed Asset, Costing, Inventory) including related reports using ERP system for presentation and submit to the managements and overseas headquarters.

2.2 Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial statutory, audit, and tax reporting/requirements (IFRS, TFRS, Thai Accounting Laws, Thai Tax Laws and VAT)

2.3 Ensure the timeliness (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) and accuracy of the financial statement reporting to management team.

2.4 Prepare annual reports for budget that some related such as BS, all expenditures, business plan, and cash flow forecasting.

2.5 Contributed to the accounting management coordinate with various operations, other business other business and support units to ensure timely and accurate data is available for the preparation of financial information for internal and external reporting.

2.6 Conducting month-end closing costing activities and performing related analysis & monitor inventory records including costing method, Actual costing with ERP system Coordinate with external auditors, revenue department, and internal related department.

2.8 Review tax issues and verifies taxation report e.g. PND1, 3, 53, 54, PP30, PP36, Import and Export Tax, Transfer Pricing and assist prepare PND50, 51 are related.

2.9 Contribute to process improvements and internal control development accounting operation working procedures and processes for better efficiency and internal control to review and analyze Finance, Accounting, Costing transactions for accuracy and compliance.

2.10 Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

2.11 Provide ad-hoc reports as assigned.

2.12 Work as assigned.

3) Job Holder's Qualification

3.1 Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or other related fields in Accounting (CPD License certificate)

3.2 At least 10 years' experience in Financial, Accounting and Costing management in Manufacturing with ERP system.

3.3 Skill & Experience to setting ERP Systems and Computer literacy especially Advance Excel, PowerPoint.

3.4 Knowledge in general accounting policy for Costing, Asset controlling, A/P, A/R, Cheque & Cash payment and have working experience in Accounting & Budgeting are necessary.

3.5 To strong knowledge of Financial, Accounting and Costing management in Manufacturing with ERP system (SAP, QAD, Accpac, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC & MES programs)

3.6 Strong analytical and presentation skills and Knowledge Organization ability and Chart of overview in system.

3.7 Good knowledge of finance and accounting transactions and procedures field and related tax laws.

3.8 Have experience as a Project Manager in implementing an ERP system. (SAP, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and MES systems)

3.9 Good command of English.
