Key Responsibilities:

Developing and strengthening the operational expertise, communication, and motivation of the financial and accounting teams, as well as other related teams and individuals.

  • Ensure that all systems (financial and operational) provide accurate, timely and meaningful data (reporting, comments, KPI, etc.) for management action and decision making.
  • Monitor and analyze financial figures to highlight company's financial performance and risks if any and actively seek business improvements through working closely together with the key stakeholders.
  • Make sure that the business operations comply with the company's policies and procedures as well as local regulations and legislations.
  • Provide leadership to coach and motivate the teams with a focus on developing them further.

Finance Team Management & Improvement

  • Explore and propose income-generating opportunities through various investment options.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks, including exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Accurately plan and control cash flow on a monthly and projected basis.
  • Review and analyze unusual receipt and payment transactions.

Accounting Team Management & Improvement

  • Ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee timely statutory audits and ensure accurate and prompt account closures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Audit Committee and Board on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Liaise with the Revenue Department on corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax matters.

Costing Team Management & Improvement

  • Advice team about costing function; Budget control, Inventory control, Fixed Asset Control and costing analysis.
  • Control and motivate team to get the corrective costing's data

Setting & Tax planning & BOI privelege

  • Monitor & control all BOI privilege to get higest merrit
  • Control, Re-check all data followed BOI condition of each certificate
  • Finding new privilege for add more merrit
  • Tax planning and control for all function of tax policy in Thailand

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree & Above Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years in Accounting & Finance management Function and Minimum of 5 years in management level
  • Require CPD License
  • Financial statement closing and financial analysis
  • Tax planning and control
  • SAP or Others ERP, Microsoft Office
  • Good Interpersonal and Excellent communication skill, Strong leadership skill
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Can work under pressure and high sense for responsibility and team player
  • Friendly, flexible and open-minded and enjoy working with diverse people in an international environment
