We are looking for a Network Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure across retail branches, warehouses, and head office. The role focuses on secure network access, wireless performance, and stable connectivity for business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy enterprise LAN and Wi-Fi solutions for retail stores and offices
  • Optimize wireless coverage, AP placement, and bandwidth performance
  • Configure and maintain switches, wireless controllers, and access points
  • Provide L2/L3 support for network incidents and performance issues
  • Manage network authentication using 802.1X, RADIUS/NPS, and MAC-based access
  • Support VLAN segmentation and secure SSIDs for staff and guest networks
  • Coordinate firewall rule changes related to network connectivity
  • Monitor network performance, track SLA, and maintain documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in LAN/Wi-Fi and network operations
  • Experience with multi-site or retail environments preferred
  • Hands-on with 802.1X, RADIUS/NPS, enterprise Wi-Fi
  • CCNA / CCNP (preferred)
