Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical consultancy to clients, focusing on network infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and virtualization solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design integrated system solutions covering servers, storage, virtualization, and system integration.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
  • Work closely with vendors and partners such as Dell, HPE, VMware, Microsoft, and other solution providers.
  • Support cost estimation, solution optimization, and technical input for sales proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams, partners, and customers.
  • Continuously research and stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them to create sales opportunities.
  • Prepare TOR, RFP/RFI responses, and documentation for government and enterprise bidding projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in server, storage, virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), and system integration.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure, cloud solutions, server components, networking, and cybersecurity products (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or System Integrator (SI) proposal roles.
  • Strong presentation, documentation, and proposal preparation skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English for business communication.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different working environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Japanese enterprise customers.
  • Vendor certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure, or related certifications.
  • Experience in responding to RFP/RFI and government bidding processes.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
