Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise architecture frameworks, aligning business goals with technology strategies. The role will act as a strategic partner across the organization, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and develop Enterprise Architecture guiding principles, standards, and policies to align with the digital roadmap, including Application, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity domains.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and Digital Business Partner, working closely with business stakeholders, Project Managers, and technology teams to ensure alignment of enterprise architecture with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with Project Managers, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and Cybersecurity teams to develop and review enterprise and solution architectures in compliance with EA standards and directions.
  • Regularly review, consolidate, and maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation, ensuring alignment with the organization's evolving needs.
  • Analyze technology trends and evaluate their impact on business operations and enterprise architecture.
  • Participate in EA Review Boards and governance forums to ensure compliance with EA guiding principles and business performance goals.
  • Collaborate with third-party consultants and industry experts to integrate new digital technologies that align with business strategy and market trends.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing consulting and developing Enterprise Architecture frameworks, specifically in the Business Architecture domain within industries such as Security Printing, System Integration (SI), Government Services, or eCommerce.
  • Ability to bridge technology and business requirements, translating complex technical solutions into business benefits.
  • Have experience with Cloud platforms, including scaling, provisioning, elasticity, storage, and networking.
  • Strong understanding of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
  • Proven experience in working on digital transformation projects, including eCommerce, Portals, Content Management platforms, Omni-Channel, and Multi-device solutions.
  • Understanding of Cloud platforms, digital transformation strategies, and business-centric IT solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and drive enterprise-wide architectural decisions.
