Department : Customer Engineer Department

Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect comprehensive customer requirements.
  • Initiate communication with customers to obtain NPI and project-related details.
  • Compile essential information and specifications from customers to facilitate qualification processes (such as die layout, build sheet, marking, etc.).
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding Customer Requested Date (CRD) for qualified products, reliability results, and production commencement.
  • Facilitate meetings with pertinent stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions from customer-initiated projects to mass production release phases.
  • Utilize eNPI to regularly update and consolidate project statuses.
  • Manage and coordinate resolution of all issues associated with new projects or NPI lots from customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Experience in IC Manufacturing, Semiconductor or Electronics Industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong customer coordination skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
