Key Responsibilities & KPIs
  • Plan and run marketing communication activities strategies to achieve at least 10% visitor growth for each assigned project, making sure they match the project goals, target audience, budget, and suitable media channels
  • Lead and support promotional roadshows and marketing activities, press events, and special campaigns together with the project team
  • Create and manage content for all communication channels, including social media, e-newsletters, website, and press releases
  • Manage social media pages and paid ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google, aiming to reach the right audience and increase visibility
  • Proofread all content carefully to ensure correct information, brand consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Find and manage media partners for each show, securing a minimum of 10 media partners per event through barter or media exchange.
  • Develop marketing and PR campaigns focus on customer needs and achieve project targets

    Build and maintain good relationships with industry media for co-promotion and long-term cooperation
  • Work well with different teams and industries, showing flexibility, teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Manage assigned projects independently, with guidance and support from the manager when neede
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in PR, Marketing Communications, or a similar role
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in media relations, content writing, and editing
  • Able to use MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and basic photo/video editing tools in Canva programs
  • Good organization and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with Thai and international teams and different business industries
  • Creative, proactive, team-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive, can-do attitude
