Senior Marketing Communication Manager
The Senior Marketing Communication Manager will be critical in driving strategic marketing initiatives to support all product lines and distribution channels. This position requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in Marketing and Communications, encompassing all dimensions, including Marketing Communication, Public Relations (PR), Digital, Media Buying, and Project Management. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business requirements, the ability to identify how the team can provide support, and the capability to recommend and drive new initiatives to ensure impactful communication across all platforms while ensuring timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the launch and promotion of products and services across all distribution channels.
- Manage media buying efforts to optimize advertising campaigns across various traditional and online platforms, ensuring cost-effective and impactful placements that align with marketing objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including business development, product, and distribution teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure effective communication across all channels.
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring all campaigns and deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate competitors' Marketing activities to stay informed about their campaigns, messaging, and engagement strategies. Use these insights to enhance and refine the company's marketing efforts.
- Leverage expertise in digital marketing to enhance website performance, increase social media engagement, implement SEO strategies, and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data from various sources, such as websites, social media platforms, and advertising campaigns, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive results and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience working in an integrated marketing and communications role, preferably in the insurance and financial sectors.
- Strong experience and knowledge of insurance products and affiliated partner management, including agents and brokers. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of the insurance industry's evolving trends, market players, and product segments while having an in-depth understanding of various insurance products and services and their benefits for different segments of customers.
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including website management, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, online advertising, analytics/reporting, and content marketing.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong writing and editing abilities, keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage, supervise, and monitor team members, ensuring they perform effectively and meet objectives while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a complex, global organization.
- Proactive and collaborative, with a results-driven mindset and excellent work ethic.
- A 'can-do' attitude and ability to work under pressure within tight timelines; hands-on with proven ability to manage simultaneous projects.
- Education/Certifications: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
