Now we're growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with more companies that want to turn ordinary gifts into something extraordinary.
Your Mission
You'll be the first point of contact between DD Bricks and new potential clients. Your job is to identify, reach out, and start meaningful conversations with marketing, HR, and event managers from leading brands worldwide.
You'll research target companies, personalize messages, and book discovery calls for our sales team. Every lead you generate will be a chance to help another company make their brand unforgettable.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries (tech, finance, retail, events, etc.).
- Build and maintain target lists of decision-makers in CRM.
- Use LinkedIn, email, and other channels to start conversations and book meetings.
Outbound Outreach
- Write and send personalized messages that sound human — not like templates.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot to manage outreach sequences.
- Follow up consistently and creatively to increase reply rates.
Qualification
- Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Qualify prospects before passing them to the Sales Manager or Founder.
- Keep notes and lead status updated in CRM.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and results.
- Share feedback from conversations to help refine our campaigns and offers.
- Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and email follow-ups when needed.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a high volume of outreach.
- Curious and creative — you like finding ways to get responses.
- You enjoy talking to people, learning about their business, and connecting ideas.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in corporate gifting, marketing agencies, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM systems.
- Understanding of storytelling and emotional branding (our products are experiences, not just gifts).
