Job Description
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned area/territory. This role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective customer relationship management, value-based selling, and strategic account development. The Sales Representative will play a key role in promoting company products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and profitability targets within the designated territory.
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Account Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term professional relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers.
- Value Selling: Promote a customer-centric approach by demonstrating the value and benefits of company products and solutions.
- Utilize the company's CRM system to effectively manage leads, track sales opportunities, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to promote and support successful introductions of new products into the market.
- Operate within assigned expense budgets while ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Dental or Orthodontics industry.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
Travel Requirements
- Travel frequently within assigned in Northeastern territory, Thailand.
