International Sales Manager

- Develop and expand international markets across SEA, China, and new high-potential regions.
- Acquire and manage distributors, partners, importers, and retailers for both own brand and OEM/ODM products.
- Conduct market research and evaluate feasibility for new product launches and market entry.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing to align formulas, packaging, and regulatory requirements for export.
- Represent the company at international expos, trade shows, and business-matching events to secure new leads.
- Manage sales negotiations, pricing, contract terms, and performance tracking for each market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years+ in international sales, export, or business development (supplements/FMCG preferred).
- Strong capability in building and managing overseas distributor networks.
- Experience working with export documents, regulations, and market compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to overseas partners.
- Proactive, analytical, and target-driven mindset; able to travel when required.
