Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Country Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Country Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, work on business development initiatives, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensure alignment with regional goals, and identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include leading local teams, developing strategies for market growth, and managing budgets while ensuring company policies and values are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate must have experience recently in IT service company. ECommerce, Fintech, or digital transformation is highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading teams, managing operations, and overseeing business growth.
  • Business Development and Strategy: Strong skills in market analysis, building client relationships, and crafting strategies to drive revenue.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for collaborative work with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Operational and Financial Oversight: Competence in managing budgets, optimizing processes, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
  • Other Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with an MBA being an added advantage.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English. Prefer Vietnamese who is fluent in Thai.
