Job Summary

We are seeking a highly respected, results-driven, and conscientious
Country Manager
with extensive experience in
FX, Commodities, or CFD brokerage
to lead and expand our operations in Thailand.

The Country Manager will be responsible for driving regional business growth, overseeing end-to-end operations, mentoring local teams, strengthening market presence, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while maintaining excellent client satisfaction and strong governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share, revenue, and overall profitability.
  • Lead and manage all country-level operations, including
    Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Compliance, and Business Development
    .
  • Oversee full
    P&L management
    , ensuring sustainable financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, institutional clients, affiliates, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with
    local regulatory requirements
    , licensing obligations, and risk standards.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing local teams to meet business KPIs and maintain excellent service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional leadership to align Thailand operations with overall corporate objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networks to strengthen market presence and brand credibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    7 years of experience
    in a leadership position, preferably as a Country Manager or equivalent role with proven KPI achievements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing country or regional operations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of
    FX, commodities, or CFD brokerage products
    , trading platforms, and market infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships, affiliate networks, and institutional relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop, execute, and scale strategies in competitive markets.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, onboarding processes, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Thai
    , both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    MBA is preferred.
