About the Role
As Country Manager for Thailand, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the Thai market. This includes developing and executing a growth strategy, expanding strategic partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring strong brand presence in the region. You will act as the key ambassador of the company in Thailand and play a central role in accelerating business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the commercial development of the Thai market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, affiliates, and direct business channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop actionable strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement across the market.
  • Prepare performance forecasts and deliver on quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and local business meetings.
  • Cooperate closely with global leadership, compliance, marketing, and product departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, commercial management, or country management in Thailand.
  • Deep understanding of the Thailand business landscape and local market dynamics.
  • Fluency in Thai and English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and confident in decision-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to represent the company externally.
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience working towards ambitious growth targets.
