Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment for every visitor.
  • Recommend, demonstrate, and support customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences; confidently answer all product-related inquiries.
  • Present a wide range of products and clearly communicate key features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial inquiry, purchase, coordination of delivery, through to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports for management review.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience in preparing documents such as presentations, proposals, quotations, and related paperwork.
  • Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, or gym equipment.
  • Good command of English and strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a mature, proactive, and credible personality.
  • Able to work on weekends (6 days off per month).
  • Must have a personal car and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to travel upcountry occasionally.
