Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Set up, prepare and produce MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit for contract documents and coordination
  • Produce MEP engineering detailed drawings that comply with company and industry standards
  • Prepare submission drawings with presentation format to authorities
  • Resolve technical problems and details independently, and seek advice when required
  • Use computer-aided MEP BIM/Revit drafting skills to produce drawings that comply with company and industry standards
  • Assist senior staff with the analysis of information, production of design/drafting documentation, tenders and proposals
  • Actively pursue opportunities to develop drafting skills
  • Seek specific and constructive feedback to ensure professional and technical drafting development
  • Participate in sharing of knowledge and information with other team members Work with team members and managers to meet the project deliverables and timeline
