As part of our strategic growth expansion, we are seeking to establish a BIM Senior Manager position to support our business objectives.Overview:The BIM Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, management, and optimization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies across all project phases. This role ensures consistent, high-quality digital delivery, supports project teams, drives innovation, and aligns BIM practices with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:BIM Delivery ManagementLead the development and implementation of project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Oversee model development, coordination, and delivery timelines aligned with project schedules.Ensure models are construction-ready, accurate, and meet client and contractual requirements.Site-Focused BIM CoordinationAct as the main liaison between design teams and site construction teams for BIM deliverables.Coordinate clash detection, model federation, and issue resolution to support on-site construction.Conduct regular coordination meetings to align digital models with site progress.Model & Data ManagementManage and maintain up-to-date BIM models reflecting design changes and as-built conditions.Ensure proper version control and data management through Common Data Environments (CDEs).Support 4D simulations and model-based construction planning.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure BIM integration across disciplines.Support project managers with digital tools for site logistics, sequencing, and clash-free model delivery.Liaise with client and consultant teams to meet BIM-related expectations and reporting needs.Quality AssuranceImplement quality control procedures for BIM deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards (e.g., ISO Perform regular model audits and reviews to maintain coordination and integrity.BIM Strategy & StandardsDevelop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.Lead BIM execution planning (BEP) across projects.Ensure BIM deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.Technical LeadershipMaintain BIM libraries, templates, and model standards.Oversee model coordination and clash detection.Support data exchange and software interoperability.Project SupportAdvise project teams on BIM methodology and tools.Perform model audits and facilitate coordination meetings.Ensure models meet client-specific requirements.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and train BIM staff and coordinators.Drive knowledge sharing and skill development.Promote innovation and continuous improvement.Client & Business EngagementPresent BIM services to clients and stakeholders.Contribute to proposals and marketing efforts.Collaborate with clients to align BIM deliverables with expectations.Training & SupportProvide training and support to site personnel and project teams on BIM tools and workflows.Promote best practices in BIM for construction delivery and digital site coordination.Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.10+ years in BIM AEC design and construction; >15+ years of BIM leadership in Construction Company.Excellence English Correspondence and communication.Professional Engineer or architect License preffered.Certifications in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM standards preferred.Technical SkillsExpert in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Solibri, and related platforms.Strong knowledge of CDEs, IFC standards, and openBIM practices.Familiar with scripting (Dynamo, Python) and parametric design tools.Industry KnowledgeDeep understanding of design, construction workflows, ISO 19650, and Lean principles.Awareness of sustainability practices and digital construction trends.Core Competencies:Strategic Thinking – Aligns BIM with business and project goals.Leadership – Inspires teams and drives digital transformation.Communication – Explains technical concepts to varied audiences.Project Management – Plans, executes, and monitors BIM deliverables.Collaboration – Promotes interdisciplinary teamwork.Problem Solving – Resolves issues with innovative solutions.Client Focus – Delivers BIM solutions tailored to client needs.Performance Indicators:Consistent BIM implementation across projects.Reduced rework and improved coordination.Higher efficiency and project quality.Team competency and BIM tool adoption.Positive client feedback and engagement.Innovation in BIM workflows and delivery.
