RESPONSIBILITY

  • Analyze user/business requirement, plan and brief interior designer for hospital and mixed-use building
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clinical/non-clinical teams and other teams to ensure the design aligns with the project concept
  • Coordinate with other consultants such as Hospital Operation related teams, Hotel Operator (if needed) ensure the design aligns with operational requirement
  • Reviewing design output and deliverables from interior designer and ensure compatibility, optimality, harmony of interior space with design output from other designers/consultants.
  • Assist in materials, finishes, and FF&E selection suitable for both healthcare performance and hospitality-grade.
  • Ensure the quality of interior design, decoration, material and furniture selection meets established standards of hospital, specific-purposed clinics, retail, and clinical areas.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to interior design and decoration
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with the plan.
  • Inspect materials and equipment used in interior decoration
  • Track project progress and resolve arising issues.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of interior design and decoration to improve future potential healthcare projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years working as architectural design especially interior design. Experienced with Hospital design, Retail & Commercial Design, Hospitality Design and/or Healthcare related business is desirable.
  • Architectural & Interior design, Medical planner, Strong team and project management,
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS-Office and so on.
  • Soft skills include negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of space planning, functionality, and user experience in healthcare or resort settings.
