Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and production teams through concept to construction, ensuring exceptional creative and technical execution.
  • Translate brand and creative strategy into immersive interior experiences.
  • Oversee all design documentation and QA reviews to maintain Soho's quality standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver buildable, high-impact design solutions.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Mentor designers, foster a collaborative studio culture, and champion new design technologies (including AI-assisted tools).
  • Ensure all design outcomes align with Soho's brand vision and client expectations.
  • Present concepts to clients and partners with clarity and confidence, supporting business development efforts when needed.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 8+ years of interior design experience, with a strong hospitality & F&B portfolio
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering end-to-end projects
  • Strong conceptual, spatial, and storytelling design skills
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools
  • Solid knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and hospitality operations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities
  • Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects
  • Familiar with or open to AI-assisted design tools
  • Fluent in English (Thai language a plus)
