Amatacity, Bankao Subdistrict, Phan Thong District, Chon Buri 20160, Thailand

Type:
Full-time, Onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday), Remote 2 days (Monday & Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a
Materials Program Manager (MPM)
to join the Supply Chain department. The ideal candidate has a solid background in
materials planning
, particularly in
electronics components
, and is comfortable handling
manual demand planning and MRP
processes without ERP systems.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who is ready to "roll up their sleeves," take initiative, and communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    manual demand and production planning
    (Manual MRP) using
    Excel or Google Sheets
    — no ERP or SAP systems will be used.
  • Manage and update
    "Clear to Build" (CTB)
    reports, also known as
    shortage reports
    or
    build status reports
    , to track material readiness for production.
  • Analyze
    manufacturing build plans
    against inventory and supply chain data to determine material replenishment needs.
  • Request supplier quotations
    and process
    purchase orders (POs)
    .
  • Oversee and
    coordinate delivery schedules
    to ensure timely material availability.
  • Track and
    mitigate excess and obsolete inventory
    .
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams —
    onsite presence required three days per week
    .

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Materials Program Manager
    or similar role in supply chain or production planning.
  • Strong understanding
    of Manual Demand Planning, Manual Production Planning, and Manual MRP processes.
  • Advanced proficiency
    in
    Excel or Google Sheets
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CTB (Clear to Build)
    or related MRP concepts.
  • Fluent in
    Thai
    .
  • Good English communication skills
    (interviews will be conducted in English).
  • A
    hands-on attitude
    — willing to take initiative and work collaboratively across teams.
