About the Role

Analog Devices Thailand is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project / Program Management Engineer to support the coordination and execution of key manufacturing and facility projects in our new factory expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, operations, and regional project teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities across engineering, facilities, and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports
  • Support project managers in budget tracking, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on project action items
  • Manage documentation, approvals, and reporting related to construction, tool installation, and factory readiness
  • Communicate project status and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with ADI's safety, quality, and delivery standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint is an advantage
