Export Sales Representative

Role Purpose
Establish contact with customers. Monitor sales target to achieve sales goals. Provide sales strategy, sale forecast and action plan to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers via email, fax. Monitor all order issues. Conduct market research to improve sales plan and to formulate sales strategy. Maintain relationship between customers and company.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the shipment will be on time.
- Coordinate with Sales coordinator to input the purchase order in the system.
- Visit customers and attend the exhibition shows at least 2 times a year. Take care of existing and new customers.
- Expand new markets and sales channels.
- Provide effective negotiations with customers regarding pricing and new product introduction.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2-3 years' experience in freight sales with a proven track record of account management and growth.
- Ability to analyse financial information related to sales performance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to travel abroad.
- Background knowledge in Export sales.
- Service mind and detail oriented.
- Able to work on Saturdays except Saturdays.
