Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with management to align HR initiatives with company strategy, ensuring effective management of HR activities and expenditures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement local HR initiatives that align with overall company strategies and policies.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on management across all HR functions.
- Manage the HR budget and monitor all HR-related expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee core HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations.
- Deliver data-driven HR insights to support organizational change, business transformation, and talent development.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure HR strategies and services effectively support business growth and operational needs.
- Design and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency and enrich the employee experience.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and reflect organizational changes.
- Foster a positive, compliant workplace culture with strong employee relations and adherence to labor laws.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record of leading across multiple HR disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and growth.
- In-depth knowledge of HR frameworks, strategic workforce planning, and modern HR tools and technologies.
- Comprehensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
- Proven success in optimizing HR processes to boost efficiency and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Thai and English in business contexts.
