Academy & Talent Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Academy & Talent Lead to drive our core learning strategy. This role is for a proactive Project Owner who thrives on initiating new ideas and operates with an adaptive mindset. You will manage key programs—including branch training, upskill/reskill programs, talent management, and special projects—and champion data-driven innovation to ensure the Academy delivers measurable results that the business can utilize.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Program Ownership: Serve as the ultimate Project Owner for strategic L&D and Talent initiatives across the organization. Accountable for planning, execution, and success metrics of programs like talent management, upskill/reskill, and special projects.

  • Initiate and design innovative, blended learning solutions. Challenge the status quo of traditional training, constantly seeking opportunities for new modalities.

  • Data Analysis & Utilize program reports to interpret trends, assess learning effectiveness, and refine future program strategy. Ability to develop clear visual reports using Power BI to communicate results and support business unit decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a learning partner to business leaders, proactively anticipating future skill gaps and developing programs to meet tomorrow's needs today.

  • Lead training sessions, demonstrating a passion for learning and development and quickly adapting content and delivery based on learner feedback and business shifts.

  • Act as a key representative for the Academy's programs. Be prepared to occasionally fulfill a public-facing duties, such as moderating discussions, presenting program outcomes, or serving as MC for company gatherings (townhall event) and communication forums. This requires polished presentation skills and confidence in communicating with diverse audiences.

Required Experience & Mindset

  • Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in an L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development role.

  • Adaptive Mindset is Essential: Proven history of taking initiative, embracing change, and rapidly learning new tools or concepts.

  • Data Reporting Skills is a Core Requirement: Practical experience in compiling data, interpreting trends, and developing clear, actionable visual reports using Power BI or similar tools.

  • Excellent project planning, organizing, stakeholder management, and communication skills in both Thai and English.
