The role
Unify Chemical Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Sales professional to join our dynamic team supporting our Dairy & Bakery (นมและเบอเกอรี่) product line. In this full-time, office-based role located in Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Develop sales strategies and expand the market for Food ingredients in the Bakery group .
- Manage and develop relationships with Key Account customers, including finding new customers.
- Work with the R&D team and the customer's purchasing department to develop formulas and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Present new products and technical information to create value for customers.
- Follow and analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor movements to use in sales strategies.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years' experience in technical sales, preferably within the dairy or bakery industries
- Strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of dairy and bakery products, ingredients and production processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical information
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science
- Have knowledge of bakery ingredients such as Flour improvers, Emulsifiers, Enzymes, Dairy powders, Sweeteners, Cocoa, Oils & Fats.
- Able to create product presentations/Technical Training/Product Demos for customers (R&D, QA, Production)
