Company Overview

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and record general accounting transactions, including income, expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Review and verify financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and submit tax reports such as VAT (PP.30) and withholding tax (PND.1, 3, 53, etc.) within the required deadlines.
  • Prepare necessary documents and information for monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and related departments.
  • Maintain and organize accounting and financial documents properly for audit readiness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Chinese supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Able to communicate in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above).
  • Bachelor of Arts (chinese language) Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and relevant taxation.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience with Mango Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and highly organized.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
