PRTR is partnering with a leading Digital Transformation company who are seeking an experienced Presales – Software Development (Mobile Application) Engineer. The role offers 95% work-from-home, flexible working arrangements, and excellent benefits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product and solution teams to keep updated on product features and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with Sales Officers to gather customer needs and offer technical support throughout pre-sales, sales, and post-sales stages.
  • Research, design, and tailor solutions to fit client requirements, including recommending suitable technologies and products.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and discussions on solution architecture.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide guidance on solution design, system integration, and estimated costs.
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting, capturing customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical training to sales teams and internal staff on products and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or software development (web/mobile preferred).
  • Experience in creating technical documents (proposals, workflows, SOWs, RFPs.
  • Background in mobile, web, or platform development using multiple frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and system integration.
  • AI experience in solution engineering is an advantage.
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing digital solutions.
