The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Platform Mobile Developer to build and scale our Android and iOS applications. You should be highly autonomous, product-focused, and comfortable driving features from conception to deployment in an Agile startup environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong expertise in React Native or Flutter, or proficiency in both.
  • Must be proficient in TypeScript (preferred) or JavaScript/Dart.
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous data flows.
  • Solid understanding of native mobile performance, memory management, and debugging across both iOS and Android.
  • Proficient in Git and CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment.

Startup Mindset & Process

  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Able to participate actively in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • High degree of autonomy. Capable of managing ambiguous requirements, prioritizing effectively, and taking full ownership of features.
  • Excellent prioritization skills—know when to optimize for speed (MVP) versus technical perfection to deliver maximum business value.
  • A resourceful communicator who can clearly articulate technical decisions to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development life cycle of our mobile applications, ensuring a consistently smooth, fast, and native-feeling user experience on both Android and iOS devices.
