  • Translate national marketing strategy into effective local dealer marketing actions

  • Review, approve, and optimize dealer marketing plans, budgets, and calendars

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (PR, CRM, Digital, Aftersales, Sales) for integrated dealer communication
  • Monitor dealer marketing performance and provide structured feedback and improvement plans
  • Support dealer teams through coaching, best-practice sharing, and capability development
  • Manage marketing-related issues, escalations, and alignment with Porsche APAC where required
  • Monitor and control all relevant KPI's in the DPR report and secure detailed feedback to PAP on all planned and implemented marketing events. Coordinate to PAP for related tasks and report.
