We are looking for Executive, Community in Bangkok.

In this role, you will:

  • Greet and manage entry access for JustCo members, visitors, and guests; conduct centre tours and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service and respond to product, service, or facility-related queries across multiple channels (e.g., front desk, email, calls).
  • Support member move-in and move-out processes, including studio setup and reinstatement works.
  • Assist in daily centre operations to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and functionality of shared spaces (e.g., pantry, meeting rooms); handle opening/closing duties.
  • Perform administrative tasks for smooth centre operations such as managing courier matters, processing payments, issuing invoices, updating records, and supporting member/community events.

Pre-requisites for this role include:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or serviced offices.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building connections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
