About the role

Venuee Co., Ltd.' is seeking a talented Performance Media Specialist / Ads Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team in Bangkok. As a Mid or Senior specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram and more. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the growth of our company within the Digital & Search Marketing industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies and plans across digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop, implement and optimise performance-driven digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
  • Analyse campaign data and generate detailed performance reports to inform future strategy
  • Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices and platform updates in the digital advertising landscape
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives
  • Provide recommendations and insights to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
  • Support the execution of other digital marketing initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  • Mid level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
  • Senior level: 3+ years of proven experience in managing successful digital advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in setting up, managing and optimising campaigns on major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
