Job Description :

Social Media Specialist is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and delivering the brand's promise through effective social media management. This role involves leading and optimizing paid social campaigns, developing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing campaign performance. The specialist will manage budgets efficiently, stay updated on the latest digital trends, and provide regular reports on conversions, traffic, and engagement metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities ;

  • Expertise in deploying social media campaigns, platforms, tools and technologies to achieve business objectives
  • Create brand led social media excellence and measured by KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR with our defined target audience
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Proven track record of executing social media campaigns by targeting relevant audiences and deliver KPIs
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with SEO & SEM team to drive user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Manage relationships with Online, Marketing (Content) & IT team to coordinate project development, timelines, and results
  • Analyse performance data, identify patterns and plan for scaling the overall growth
  • Maintain already established dashboard, monitor trends and  best practices and techniques to ensure KPIs goals are achieved
  • Analyse website traffic and build experiments for conversion rate optimization
  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting with established dashboard
  • Deliver Ad-hoc report request from stakeholders for specific campaigns

Skills :

  • Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past and projected trends across all the social media platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML and website administrations
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems

Qualification :

  • University degree in Marketing (with digital focus)
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing preferably in ecommerce industry
  • Proven experience in managing Affiliate, Referral, or Display vendors for 2-5 years
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
  • Good command of English
