Title: Social Media Specialist

Working Location: Wine Connection Thailand Head Office (Bangkok)

We're looking for a creative & highly curious Social Media Specialist who lives & breathes

digital trends & exciting content. You'll be responsible for identifying viral opportunities,

crafting engaging content that connects with our audience, gain new audiences & drives brand

awareness.

Your Core Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

  • Identify and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers across platforms to align with our promotional campaigns with related outlets and channels.
  • Take the lead in managing and growing the official Wine Connection TikTok account.
  • Monitor & identify emerging trends, viral content & relevant pop culture moments to proactively create timely content
  • Plan, produce & publish exciting content including visuals, videos & captions aligned with our brand
  • Track performance analytics & optimize content based on insights to maximize reach & engagement
  • Film and edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content across social media platforms - with specific tailored versions for TikTok's unique audience.
  • Stay constantly updated on the latest social media features, algorithm shifts, and content trends, especially within the F&B and lifestyle sectors.

Requirements (What You Bring to the Table):

  • Proven experience in managing and negotiating with KOLs/influencers for business objectives.
  • Demonstrate ability to film and edit short-form video content using mobile or basic professional equipment for platforms like TikTok/Reels.
  • Deep, current working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook mechanics, especially concerning community building the growth in both organic and advertising payment strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English (International working environment).
  • Ability to monitor, analyze and report on social media metrics and KOL campaign performance.
  • A keen interest in F&B, wine, and lifestyle content is a distinct advantage— you must genuinely enjoy what you are promoting
