Position: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Responsibility:

  1. Manage the quality of parts from both local and foreign suppliers based on supplier management systems.
  2. Maintain supplier audit plans and all problems were effectively closed.
  3. Be responsible for evaluating supplier performance, product quality and process capability review, improve quality insurance capability.
  4. Follow up and manage the quality problems in supplier development process
  5. Analyze and evaluate the quality risk of suppliers with constant protection.
  6. Responsible for the preparation of inspection specification for raw materials and parts.
  7. Responsible for analysis and determination quality problems of raw materials and parts, and the follow-up of countermeasures.
  8. Regularly organize the supplier meeting and implement the annual supplier improvement plan.
  9. Responsible for new product development, introduction process management and PPAP approval.
  10. Manage parts quality improvement and improve the supplier's quality system
  11. Assist sourcing and evaluating potential supplier and participate in tooling outsourcing meeting.
  12. Collaborate with the team in the factory to analyze the basic causes of quality problems that are caused by parts.
  13. Achieve the company's goals or better in supplier management
  14. Supervise and manage subordinates effectively
  15. Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training.

Requirements:

  1. University qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  2. At least 5+ years' Automotive field experience with a proven track record in project management and working with multidisciplinary teams
  3. Excellent knowledge of Automotive manufacturing processes and products.
  4. Experience in Steel, Plastic injection, would be an advantage
  5. Familiar with quality management tools and techniques (Core tools APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA)
  6. Excellent skills in identifying, analyzing, and resolving process quality issues.
  7. Good written and oral English communication skills.
  8. Good personality and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work under high pressure
  10. Dynamic energy
