Job Description:

  • Perform supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems and capabilities of potential suppliers, as well as conduct process audits for existing suppliers.
  • Monitor material abnormalities and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Establish, review, and update standards and regulations (e.g., SOPs, inspection standards) for Incoming Quality Control (IQC).
  • Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for supplier quality issues using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and other quality methodologies.
  • Support and coordinate the change management process, including supplier change notifications and deviation requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing) to ensure supplier quality and parts qualification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supplier management systems.
  • Fluent computer literacy (MS Office) and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Good command of Chinese (HSK 4 or above) and English languages.
  • Experience in supplier qualification and process auditing.
  • Good knowledge of industry quality standards, policies, and procedures (ISO 9001).
  • Training in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is an advantage.
  • Background in supplier qualification and process audit.
  • Must be able to commute to the workplace independently.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
